Two Little Monkeys does not offer refunds or returns unless the product(s) were received in damaged condition. In that case you will have up to 5 days from the date of receipt to email us a photo and explanation of the damage, at which time we will decide whether the damage warrants a replacement of the product(s). I visited Costa Rica a few mi the ahi and purchased a lot of this chocolate because of was amazed at the taste, we even made our own. There is nothing like it here in the USA, the ingredients are only pure cacao, sugar and whatever flavoring you desire to purchase (ie. almonds) Nothing else. as soon as it is available for sale here i will purchase it.
